Troubleshooting
I can't find the RescueTime summaries on my Office 365 Calendar or Outlook Calendar:
Open the calendar integration settings, click the gear icon, select Settings, and click "Regenerate Summaries."
This will regenerate your summaries from the last 7 days.
RescueTime is not recognizing my meetings/events correctly:
This may happen if the email address for your RescueTime account does not match your Outlook email address.
- RescueTime recognizes a non-meeting event as a scheduled meeting because your Outlook email is considered an invitee in an event with only one participant. You can use #notameeting in the title or description of your event for non-meetings.
- For meetings that RescueTime is not acknowledging, use #meeting in the title or description of your calendar event.
- Learn more about calendar hashtags here.
Another option is to update your RescueTime account email address to match your Outlook email address.
