Understanding When you are the Most Productive
RescueTime makes it easy to see how you've spent your time over a day, week or month. But did you know you can also filter your reports to show specific hours of the day or filter out weekends?
On your Dashboard—or any of your reports—you'll see drop-down date controls in the upper right corner. By default RescueTime shows All Time (24x7). Changing the time filters will allow you to narrow down your report to a particular time of day.
RescueTime will always show you when a time filter is being applied to the Dashboard or any report you're viewing:

You can select the days of the week that you'd like to view, as well as specific time spans on each day. For example, you can restrict your data to Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am-5pm. This is a great tool if you are working on a project on certain days of the week and would like to track your progress.
