RescueTime for Teams is a subscription service that is priced based on the number of members you have in your team. For these purposes, a "member" is defined as the account owner (you, most likely) or a user who has joined your team by accepting an invitation.
By default, RescueTime for Teams bills on a per-user basis, and can be paid either monthly ($9 per user per month) or annually ($72 per user per year). Teams larger than 100 people are eligible for negotiated flat-rate pricing. Please contact us for more information.
You can choose to pay monthly or annually. Annual payments receive a 33% discount over paying monthly. If you add a user in the middle of a billing cycle, you will be charged a pro-rated amount that covers that users use for the remainder of the current billing cycle. At the start of a new billing cycle, you will receive a single charge for all members of the organization.
Changing billing cycles
If you find that you want to switch from monthly to annual billing, please contact us. We expect to have a more seamless process in place by the end of the beta period, but for the time being, we will need to make this change for you manually.
You can currently pay for RescueTime for Teams with a credit card or PayPal. If you need to change your billing information, you can update your billing method by navigating to Account Settings > Billing.
We are exploring offering invoice billing, but at this time are limiting it to accounts with greater than 100 members.
