RescueTime for Teams is a subscription service that is priced based on the number of members you have in your team. For these purposes, a "member" is defined as the account owner—you, most likely—or a user who has joined your team by accepting an invitation.
By default, RescueTime for Teams bills on a per-user basis, and can be paid either monthly at $9 per user per month or annually at $72 per user per year. Teams larger than 100 people are eligible for negotiated flat-rate pricing. Please contact us for more information.
You can choose to pay monthly or annually. Annual payments receive a 33% discount over paying monthly. If a new member joins your team in the middle of a billing cycle, you will be charged a pro-rated amount that covers that user's subscription for the remainder of the current billing cycle. At the start of a new billing cycle, you will receive a single charge for all members of the organization.

You can currently pay for RescueTime for Teams with a credit card or PayPal. Please note that international customers are limited to using PayPal for their RescueTime subscriptions. If you need to change your billing information, you can do so on the Billing settings page: https://www.rescuetime.com/accounts/billing
RescueTime for Teams accounts with more than 100 members have the option of invoice billing but this is not available to smaller teams.
