How do I change my billing information?

Changing your subscription plan
To update your billing details, go to Account Settings > Billing.
RescueTime offers two billing cycle options:
- Monthly – billed once a month
- Annual – billed once a year at a discounted rate
To switch your billing cycle, select your preferred plan and click Switch plans.
Changing or updating your payment method
To change your payment method, click ( update )
A pop-up will open to change payment methods or update your billing information:
After entering your new information, click the Update button.
Managing RescueTime invoices
Find a link to your past invoices at the bottom of the billing page.
Send your invoices to any email addresses by adding them to the Send invoice receipts to form. Add additional notes (ie, business name, tax IDs) to display on the invoices in the Invoice notes form.
Clearing payment information
To clear your payment information, visit your Billing page.
On the right side of the page, click "Cancel your subscription".
After cancelling your subscription, the option to clear your payment information will appear:
